WHAT WE WORK THROUGH TOGETHER
Every transition looks different. Caitlin meets you where you are and helps you identify what healthy looks like, for your life, your timeline, your version of thriving.
Entering college, struggling through it, leaving it, or figuring out what comes after. Academic transitions carry enormous identity weight.
First jobs, career pivots, the gap between expectations and reality, and the pressure of building a life that actually feels like yours.
Figuring out who you are, what you value, and how you want to show up in the world is work worth doing. Caitlin gives it the space and honesty it deserves.
Friendships fading, family dynamics shifting, romantic relationships evolving. The relational landscape of young adulthood moves constantly, and having support while navigating it changes the experience entirely.
Building practical tools to manage the anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional intensity that transitions tend to amplify.
Learning to manage your own mental health, build routines, and develop the coping skills that make healthy living sustainable on your own terms.
THE APPROACH
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. No two people experience transition the same way. Sessions are collaborative, honest, and built around your actual life.
“I walk alongside each person in their mental health journey. I am not here to fix or save anyone. I am here to help you find the path that is yours.”

No assumptions, no judgments. The first step is genuinely understanding where you are right now, meeting you there without judgment.

Practical coping skills, emotional regulation techniques, and self-awareness tools you can actually use in your daily life during hard moments.
03
Transitions often surface deeper patterns: identity questions, past experiences, or anxiety that has been there a long time. Caitlin helps you understand and work through it.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s helping you build the habits, perspective, and skills that let you live and genuinely thrive on your own terms.
